ChamberCare members will access care through the TruConnect ChamberCare network. This comprehensive, two-tier network includes all major hospital systems in Indiana, along with a broad selection of physicians, specialists, and outpatient facilities across the state. For members residing outside Indiana—or for Indiana-based members seeking care outside of Indiana—the FirstHealth network will be used.

Your ChamberCare member ID card will list the networks included in your plan:

• Members living in Indiana should use the TruConnect ChamberCare link below to search for in-network providers within the state.
• Members outside Indiana—or Indiana members seeking care outside the state—should use the FirstHealth Network link.

Your ID card will also display the EncoreCombined logo. EncoreCombined providers and facilities are already embedded in the TruConnect ChamberCare directory, so no separate search is needed.
