Provider Directory
ChamberCare members utilize TruConnect ChamberCare as their network. The TruConnect ChamberCare network includes all major hospital systems in Indiana, as well as a broad selection of physicians, specialists, and outpatient facilities throughout the state. Members living outside Indiana, or members needing care while traveling, will utilize the FirstHealth network, an Aetna affiliate.

Your ChamberCare member ID card will show the networks for your plan. Members living in Indiana should search for in network providers using the TruConnect Chamber Care link below. Members living outside of Indiana (or members needing care while traveling) should search for in network providers using the First Health Network logo below. If you are looking for a Beacon provider or facility, select the link labeled “Community Health Alliance (Beacon)” below.
